Our Bundle Packs are perfect for any company or firm that has ‘new hires’, interns, or a team that needs professional headshots, but cannot get everyone together on the same date. 

We can lower the per person cost by allowing the firm to purchase a group of headshots that can be used throughout the year!  

We offer three types of packages. See below for information on the packages, as well as terms and conditions.

Quick Shot Package

This package is perfect if you have a lot of employees that need a "quick shot" for your company website, LinkedIn profile, hiring platforms, and social media sites.

Our most streamlined package, best for high efficiency with large groups of employees.  One preselected backdrop and no changes to outfit.

  • 5 minutes of photographer time, estimated 20-25 photographs taken

  • A single color backdrop will be used. 

  • 1 light retouched image included

  • 5 minute makeup available as an add-on

  • No 3/4 body shots

  • No wardrobe/hair change, must be purchased as additional package

  • Images available in both high resolution (print) and low resolution (web).

  • Copies of the photograph will be provided via digital proof sheet within 5 business days.

Like A Boss Package

This package is designed for the management teams to give them more options to fine tune their personal presentation.

The 3/4 body shots are included with this package and can be used for a digitally composited group photo (see "Group Shot Rates" for more information). 

  • 10 minutes of photographer time, estimated 40-60 photographs taken

  • 1 optional background change, 2 backgrounds per person.

  • 1 light retouched image included

  • 5 minute makeup available as an add-on

  • 3/4 body shots included

  • 1 small wardrobe change (jacket on/off, hair up/down) included, complete changes must be purchased as additional package

  • Images available in both high resolution (print) and low resolution (web).

  • Copies of the photograph will be provided via digital proof sheet within 5 business days.

Personal Branding Package

  • 20 minutes of photographer time, estimated 70-100 photographs taken

  • 1 background change, 2 backgrounds per person

  • 1 light retouched image included

  • 20 minute light makeup included, time split between makeup chair and touchups while shooting

  • 3/4 body shots included

  • 1 complete wardrobe change included

  • Images available in both high resolution (print) and low resolution (web).

  • Copies of the photograph will be provided via digital proof sheet within 5 business days.

Terms and Conditions

Typically we require a minimum of 5 people in order to bring our truck to your office, however we are able to reduce that number to 2 people for our bundle clients. 

The Headshot Truck is typically parked around the city in different locations every day. We can come to your building or you can check in with us to see when we are parked in your area.

Bundle packages must be used within 24 months of original purchase date.
