Meet the Team!

Julie, NY Operations Manager and Photographer

A recovering actor, Julie enjoys being behind the camera just as much as being in front of it. In addition to running the NY branch of The Headshot Truck, she has her own health and wellness business, both of which afford her the opportunity to help people bring out the best version of themselves. She moved to Astoria 6 years ago and has lived in the same apartment ever since. NYC has become a real home for this Pennsylvania native, and she's looking forward to a long and prosperous run here for both herself and The Headshot Truck.

Chelsea, Photographer

Chelsea is just another hopeless romantic who has hopes of one day owning a farmhouse with some chickens and a flower garden, dangit. She fell in love with photography in high school when she and her friends would mess around with the camera for yearbook class. Since then she has dabbled in all different areas of the entertainment industry, always coming back to photography. Honestly, the only reason she took this job was because she enjoys driving the massive magenta truck around New York City...it makes her feel like a total boss.

Madhava, Photographer

I am a freelance photographer and software engineer originally from the Land Down Under. I've been a proud New Yorker for the past 7 years and have no plans to leave anytime soon! When I'm not snapping pics on The Headshot Truck you can find me enjoying a nice cold craft beer, watching a good movie, or Citi-biking up First Avenue- gotta burn off those beer calories ;) Looking forward to meeting you and getting you some great headshots!

Meg, Make-up Artist

Here’s Meg: sassy NYC hair/makeup/wig artist with a background in acting and a specialty of being bada$$. Meg works in theatre, film, TV, and is junior Partner of ‘Hero Hair’ (we make custom built cosplay wigs, cool right?) She is super stoked to be part of The Headshot Truck team, and crazy passionate about creating genuine/honest/awesome energy to get you the best headshot ever! Word? Word.

Maddie, Make-up Artist

Growing up, I gave more makeovers than an 80's movie! I started acting at a young age, but always had way more fun hanging out in hair and makeup. Deciding to go pro, I attended the Fashion Makeup Program at Make-Up Designory in New York City, as well as a professional intensive course at Lilit's Makeup Studio in Los Angeles. I've been working in New York for 5+ years doing hair and makeup for headshots, weddings, commercials, film shoots, and other special projects. When you're in my chair, I want to make sure you feel like the very best version of yourself - perfect for a headshot!

Erin, Sales

Erin is an actor, producer, princess, and pirate enthusiast.  As a friend, she is frequently found with a glass of wine in her hand and lots of advice to dispense.  She loves all things Disney and is a proud cat-mommy to a precocious furball named Joker.  She's a Jersey girl through-and-through, but don't hold that against her.

Liese, Retoucher

Home of Mounties… the Maple Leafs… and way too much snow, Liese is a stereotypically polite Canadian. In 2008, she received a diploma in Photography from the Granton Institute of Technology in Toronto. Four years later, she’s expanded her business into the retouching field (making her digital footprint, so to speak). Liese can usually be seen walking her Pug around the waterfront or enjoying a glass of Chardonnay at the local pub, eh!

And, of course, our fabulous Los Angeles leadership team:

Brogan, Director of Operations

Brogan wants to live in a world where all refrigerators dispense freshly grated parmesan cheese. Born and raised in Ohio, Brogan's formative years were spent surrounded by music and the arts, including too many live musical theater performances to count. At 15, she made the trek to Hollywood where her midwestern charm and vivacious personality led her to meet nearly all the who's who of teen Hollywood. From that, a self made social media master was born.

Vanessa, Director of Makeup Services

Vanessa started as an actress but knew she also wanted to be a makeup artist when she was cast in a series of shampoo commercials and found herself mercilessly hounding the makeup artist about every move he made until he finally sat down and showed her exactly what he was doing. A second career was born and she’s been powdering noses ever since! She’s originally from Philadelphia; loves cheese steaks; and is adamantly pro-lip-gloss-choice.

Aimee, Sales Manager

Even though she grew up in New Mexico, Aimee thought they were slinging blue rock candy on Breaking Bad. She moved to Los Angeles at the ripe age of 19 to pursue her acting career. It continues to flourish, along with her wit. Her first job in LA was essentially doing the Sham-Wow presentation in every Sears within a 75 mile radius... and a sales animal was born. Her favorite things include green chili, her dog Bonnie, Harry Potter and macaroni and cheese.

Adam, Creative Director

Oops!… he did it again. Specializing in celebrity portraits and children’s fashion for the last 8 years just wasn’t enough. Adam is a co-founder of The Headshot Truck and is stoked to shoot s’more rad peeps. After acting for 20 years, Adam truly understands how mundane headshot shoots can be and tries to create the most comfy, fun experience for his clients. Born and raised in SoCal, he’s the kind of guy that says ‘dude’ and ‘awesome’ a lot. If his laugh doesn’t make you laugh, you’re not a real human being.

Brian, Director of Sales & Marketing

Brian grew up the son of an artist and entrepreneur. Surprise, surprise the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Brian has been an actor and producer in LA for over 10 years after leaving the cold behind in the Midwest. He has created sales and marketing teams for several companies, from start-ups to large corporations and brings his outside-the-box approach to The Headshot Truck. He can also be found fly fishing in Montana and drinking bourbon in his spare time.

Zac, Technical Director

Suffering a lifelong psychological affliction forcing him to use at least one screwdriver on any broken object, push every button within arms length, and to actually read the instruction manual, Zac has developed a habit for making stuff work. After a sojourn to Nashvegas to get a diploma and a discovery that, like many native Floridians, he requires sunlight 12 months of the year co-founder Zac relocated to SoCal where the photo shoots are as abundant as the UV rays.

Will, CEO

Despite having grown up on the stage, Will has always been a born entrepreneur. After spending an unholy amount of money on an MFA, he’s recently become focused on helping other actors attain their goals for a lot less. Right before teaming up with Adam, Will launched a design-your-own cookie company while raising his puppy, Potus. When he’s not fulfilling his duties as a co-founder of The Headshot Truck, Will can usually be found within close proximity of a bottle of diet Snapple.
